lp®'s exclusive smartguard® process

Both our floors and LP siding are treated with an advanced formula of adhesive resins, water-resistant waxes and zinc borate, after which a water-resistant, resin saturated overlay is bonded to the product. This process creates a highly durable engineered wood product that withstands harsh weather conditions, insects, and fungal decay.
